Villain Designs were pleased to produce Silver Chef Limited’s 2015 Annual Report. Early talks with the client suggested we would have greater scope this year to add more marketing content that could take advantage of the stellar year they had in achieving a record profit.
Not only did they achieve fantastic profit for the company’s shareholders, they recently became one of the first ASX listed companies to be awarded ‘B Corporation Accreditation’ for social responsibility and sustainable practices. These were results that begged to be promoted to shareholders and for public consumption.
Striking and illustrative infographics were designed and more imagery was used telling important stories that underpin Silver Chef’s success. These pages will now form part of a growing promotional suite of corporate profiling to be used in marketing going forward.
Simple, grid-structured layouts and contrasting type styles made up the financial pages with continued use of space that lead into a balanced and pleasing layout of complex tables in heavy compliance content.
Production-wise, we reintroduced a metallic silver ink for key parts of the cover image, infographic spread and main chapter headings for extra depth and brand authenticity. All-in-all, a stunning result within a reasonable budget.
